Law on MG's in the USA?

They are called 'dealer samplers' or something like that. They are basically new full auto's given to a buisness who has a class 3. They cannot sell them or transfer to the public but they are allowed to keep them bring them out for exhibition. Which is what they do. Luckygunner had such an event recently.
