Out of state purchase of firearm in arizona?
its from my understanding that if i am an out of state purchaser of a firearm in arizona i am only allowed to ship the firearm to a ffl in my homestate and cannot purchase and own on the spot like regular arizona residents. or am i able to purchase and own on the spot
